PCC Pratyeka Hoda Bharosa Yatra from tomorrow

  • To cover 84 Assembly constituencies in 25 Parliament seats 
  • Will receive applications from aspirants for party tickets from Feb 7 to 10, says PCC chief Raghuveera Reddy
  • Reiterates that only Congress can implement promises in AP Reorganisation Act-2014

Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) president N Raghuveera Reddy said that they would conduct Pratyeka Hoda Bharosa Yatra from February 4.

Speaking to media persons here on Saturday, he said that the Yatra would cover 84 Assembly constituencies and 25 Parliament seats in the State. 

He also said that they would receive applications from aspirants for Congress tickets for Assembly and Parliament seats from February 7 to February 10. 

The yatra would be conducted from Anantapur to Srikakulam. He said that the leaders of AICC would take part in the yatra.

The All-India Congress Committee (AICC) would announce the list of candidates by the end of February. 

He said that the Congress would conduct meetings in every constituency. The candidates of the Congress would reach to every doorstep to explain the party promise on Special Category Status (SCS).

He said that the implementation of AP Reorganisation Act would be possible only by the Congress. 

He said that the BJP failed to fulfill the promises. Congress leaders N Tulasi Reddy and M Rajeswara Rao were also present.
