Amravati: Political heat in Andhra Pradesh is increasing by day. While Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be visiting Guntur on Sunday, Chief Minister will be staging one-day Deeksha in Delhi.

The state BJP is making all out efforts to make the visit of Prime Minister a success. On the other hand, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu alleged that the BJP had not only inflicted a wound by not helping the state in any manner but was now trying to sprinkle chilli powder on it and called upon the cadre to organised protest rallies against Modi’s visit with black flags.

The state BJP president K Lakshminarayana, however, said that the TDP had given call for protests as it is afraid that Modi would clarify all the allegations and party stand on Special Category Status and other promises. Modi will again visit the state on February 27 and address a rally in the coastal town of Visakhapatnam.

Laxminarayana said, “The BJP government has provided 39 Central institutions to the state and funds were also provided to Andhra Pradesh. Chief Minister Chandrababu has misused the central funds and is making false propaganda.

He is a liar, cheater and corrupt.” BJP president Amit Shah will also address meetings of Shakti Kendra Pramukhs in Rajamahendravaram and Ongole parliamentary constituencies on February 21 and 26. The CPI and the CPM will hold protests against Modi's Guntur visit.
