Swachh Paryavran Trust to plant 10 cr saplings
Visakhapatnam: Ten crore saplings will be planted across across the nation under Mission Green India, said Swachh Paryavran Trust managing trustee Manjeet Singh here on Friday. Speaking to media, he announced Vishwa Yagya Mahotsav, the world’s first and largest plantation drive of 1,08,000 saplings and Kundi Yagya to be organised in February 2020 after completion of green yatra movement.
Manjeet Singh said “We are starting this movement to preserve the purity of our environment. Through our movement we will plant more than 10 crore saplings throughout this year by traveling across 108 cities of our country spanning from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and Kutch to Kohima.
This green yatra will also be a great opportunity for us to interact with the masses to share our aim and mission to achieve common objective and Green India.” Swachh Parayavran Trust has been striving for sustainability and eco-friendly ventures with its efforts in the green energy field.
The mission will create a world where natural resources are equitably available, and our future generation stays healthier as a result of living the principles of our actions of today, Manjeet Singh said.
