Chandrababu Naidu press meet after meeting President Ramnath Kovind
New Delhi: AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu along with TDP MPs, MLAs, and MLCs meet with the President of India Ramnath Kovind at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi on Tuesday.
Before that Naidu marched a padayatra with party leaders from AP Bhavan to Rashtrapati Bhavan. Speaking to media after meeting the President, Naidu said that the delegation has requested him to see that the justice is done to AP.
He said that a memorandum with 18 demands which includes bifurcation act promises, special status has been handed over to the President.
During the press meet, Naidu remembers the words of PM Narendra Modi regarding the implementation of bifurcation act promises. He criticized that the central government has ignored the AP bifurcation act promises.
On this occasion, he demanded to fulfill the rightful demands of AP people. He alleged that the Modi government is passing the time without releasing the grants to the state.
For the development of Hyderabad they have struggled for 60 years, and today it's standing as a best world-class city, Naidu said.
He also commented that PM Modi has no leadership qualities, and he has no intentions of developing the country.
On seeing the injustice done to AP many people went into depression and recently a physically challenged man Arjun Rao has committed suicide for special status for the state.
Chandrababu Naidu has clarified that Congress party has extended their complete support to them in the fight against Modi.
In 11 districts of the state the Telugu Desam has organized Dharma Porata Deeksha's and with New Delhi's deeksha the pain of Andhra people was made known to the entire nation.
He also said that TDP MPs are continuously fighting in Parliament demanding special status to AP.
