Former CS Ajeya Kallam alleges corruption in AP
Giddalur: Most of the politicians nowadays want to become MLAs and MPs to misuse public money and they are resorting to corruption in all systems, alleged Ajeya Kallam, former chief secretary of Andhra Pradesh government. He participated in the ‘Prajaswamya Parirakshana Sadassu’ organised by the V Satyabhupal Reddy, director of REEDS and Manakosam Manam at Giddalur on Tuesday.
He said that corruption is pervading in the state from the village level. He alleged that the Janmabhoomi committees are indulging in corruption.
The committees are awarding works to their party workers and leaders on the nomination and making payments though the works are incomplete, he said.
He said that the governments are cooperating with the corporates like Vijay Mallya and Nirav Modi who can escape after taking loans. The former VC of NG Ranga Agricultural University P Raghavareddy, ICAR director G Syam Sundar, Janavignana Vedika leader P Swaroopareddy and Jiddu Krishnamurthy Research Center president Nandula Prabhakara Sastry were present.
