Women urged to strive for making Rahul PM

Vijayawada: All India Mahila Congress secretary and in-charge of State Mahila Congress Sudha Ramakrishnan called upon women to vote for Congress to make Rahul Gandhi Prime Minister.

Addressing the Krishna district Mahila Congress activists at Andhra Ratna Bhavan here on Thursday, Sudha Ramakrishnan said that if Rahul Gandhi becomes the Prime Minister women would get free cooking gas supply and loans worth Rs 2 lakh would be waived for Dwcra women.

State Mahila Congress president P Ramani Kumari, District Mahila Congress president P Lakshmi Kumari, City Mahila Congress president Jakkula Indira, State Shakti coordinator Penna Mallika Reddy and others were present.

Sudha Ramakrishnan said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi who claims that he hailed from a poor family, sports suit worth several thousands of rupees whereas Rahul Gandhi wears only khadi dress. She assailed the Prime Minister for looting the people’s money to give away to the rich and business corporate houses. If Rahul Gandhi becomes Prime Minister, the Women’s Bill would see the light, she said.
