Promote stress-free education among children
Srikakulam: Teachers of various government schools strongly supported the need for stress-free education for the overall development of children. New Delhi-based Central Cultural Resources and Training (CCRT) Centre conducted a three-day long training camp for teachers at municipal high school at Balaga in Srikakulam city on Monday.
On the occasion, the experts highlighted the importance of art, music and cultural activities to promote stress-free education among children. “These programmes will help in identifying hidden talent among children at early age and we can encourage them in that aspect,” said MEO G Krishna Rao.
School head master AV Murali Krishna and national-level best teacher awardees M Nageswara Rao and T Nageswara Rao also stressed on importance of art, music and cultural activities at school level on par with their regular syllabus.
