Seminar on budget, GST organised in Ongole

Ongole: The Chartered Accountants Association Ongole (CAAO) branch organised a seminar on Budget-2019 and changes in GST here on Monday. 

The CAAO branch chairman RLN Ram Prasad presided over the seminar which was inaugurated by MLC Magunta Srinivasulu Reddy in which more than 80 CAs from the district took part. 

After paying tributes to the martyred soldiers in the Pulwama attack, the MLC promised to extend his cooperation in land acquisition for the construction of association building at Ongole. 

Magunta appreciated the newly elected committee chairman CA Baisani Jaganmohan, vice-chairman M Satyanarayana, secretary K Rajendra Prasad, treasurer K Ranganayakulu and others.

The resource person for the seminar CA Gopala Krishna Raju from Chennai explained the features of Budget- 2019 while CA R Subrahmanian explained the changes in GST.
