Many aspirants for TDP tickets
Vijayawada: Officials of the Anti-Corruption Bureau continued their searches at the residence of AP Tourism department Estate Officer R Siva Rao on the second day on Thursday and noticed eight house site plots located in different parts of Krishna district. Siva Rao had earlier worked as Urban Tahsildar in Vijayawada for six years.
The ACB officials registered Disproportionate of Assets (DA) case against Siva Rao in connection with amassing of properties worth several crores of rupees. The ACB officials have noticed eight plots registered in the name of his relatives.
The plots are located in Nunna, Gannavaram, Gundimeda, Kankipadu and Guduru of Krishna district and Pathuru village of Tadepalli mandal in Guntur district. DG of ACB R P Thakur in a press release on Thursday said that R Siva Rao was sent to judicial remand till March 7, 2019.
