Mega eye camp organised in kakinada

 Kakinada: A mega eye camp was organised by Coramandal International Employees in association with Sri Kiran Eye Hospital of Kakinada rural on Sunday. 

The eye camp was organised at Valsapakala in Kakinada rural medal under the aegis of Coramandal employees and ladies club.

A total 2020 patients were examined in the mega camp out of which 1051 were prescribed with eye glasses and 162 were recommended for eye surgeries. For the rest medicines were distributed according to their medical needs.

Ophthalmologists from Sri Kiran Eye Hospital including Dr S Chandrasekher and team of doctors attended the medical camp.

Kakinada Rural MLA P Anantalakshmi who attended the medical camp appreciated the Coramandal employees and ladies club for their service in eye care for rural population.

The club president Punita and secretary Rajeswari thanked Kiran Eye Care for extending the medical care.
