People waiting for Congress rule: Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee

Rajamahendravaram: Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee president N Raghuveera Reddy has said that Congress is the only party which can save the country. Addressing the people as part of his Pratyeka Hoda Praja Bharosa Yatra here, he said AICC president Rahul Gandhi would accord Special Category Status to the state after he becomes Prime Minister. 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi failed to fulfil the election promises and cheated the people by not implementing the promises given in AP Reorganisation Act 2014, he added. 

The people, mainly rural folk, are eagerly waiting for the Congress rule as BJP shattered the dreams of people. Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu also tarnished the image of the state and pushed the state into debt trap, he pointed out. Party leaders Panabaka Lakshmi, M M Pallam Raju, DCC president Raja, city president NV Srinivas and others participated.
