Quoting reasons behind tendering resignations to YSRCP, GowruCheritha said she was not allocated Panyam ticket by Jaganmohan Reddy despite several requests made to him. “Vexed with the attitude of Jaganmohan Reddy, myself and my husband are compelled to tender resignations”, she said to media persons at her residence on Friday. Instead identifying our services, Jaganmohan Reddy gave   more priority to the new entrant, Katasani Ram Bhupal Reddy, she said.

Gowru Venkata Reddy said, ``I have taken aback as Cheritha was ignored and Katasani Ram Bhupal Reddy is chosen for Panyam constituency.’’Katasani is a new entrant, he was earlier in BJP and defected to YSR Congress but was given due importance, it’s very unfair, lamented Venkata Reddy.
