3-day free eye check-up camp inaugurated in Vijayawada

Vijayawada: A three-day free eye check-up camp was inaugurated by Peoples Cooperative Society Bank in association with Gayathri Eye Hospital commenced at Autonagar here on Thursday. About 250 people visited the camp for the check-up on the first day.

Speaking on the occasion, the society secretary Yella Rao said that as part of the service activities of the society they have organised the free eye camp at their branch which received a good response. 

He appealed to all the people to visit the camp and get the free eye check-up.

He said that the society was established in 2013 and has been providing all kinds of banking services like gold loans, loan against property, small business loans, savings bank and others. 

As part of the service activity of the society, it has been doing various activities to benefit the people, said Rao. 

The society chairman, Ch Arun Kumar, CEO Rakesh, Gaayathri Hospital CEO Muralikrishna and others were present.
