FTAPCCI announces HR Practice Awards 18

​Hyderabad: The Federation of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTAPCCI) on Wednesday announced ‘FTAPCCI Best HR Practice Awards 2018’. The HR achievers and best practice award was a part of the recognition programme unveiled by the industry body in association with SarvHR Solutions Pvt Ltd. In a statement, FTAPCCI said that the programme aims to benchmark, recognise and accelerate raising the bar of HR processes in both the states. 

In addition, a report was unveiled on the existing HR practices for it to serve as benchmark for the industries and segments.  For the awards, the industry body saw participation from many large, medium and small-scale industries. Out of these, 50 per cent of the participants were from the manufacturing sector, 38 per cent from life science - biotechnology and the remaining 12 per cent from other industries representing pharmaceuticals, corporate relations, gems and jewellery, research and development, legal and insurance, health care, technology consulting and staffing.
