Treda Property Show takes off in Hyderabad

​Hyderabad: The three-day TREDA Property Show 2018 being organised by the Telangana Real Estate Developers Association (TREDA) took off at Hitex in the city on Friday with S K Joshi, Chief Secretary, Telangana, inaugurating it. 

Over 100 real estate developers, more than 12 banks and financial institutions are taking part in the ninth edition of the exhibition. A large number of properties and real estate projects are on display at the exhibition which has more than 145 stalls.

Speaking on the occasion, TREDA President P Ravinder Rao observed that the new policy initiatives launched by the Telangana government had turned Hyderabad and Telangana into an attractive destination for investments. He also lauded the State government for developing excellent infrastructure in the city. 

Vasavi Group, Aparna Constructions & Estates, My Home Group, Green Rich Estates LLP, Cybercity Builders & Developers and Ramky Estates & Farms are among the developers who are showcasing their projects. SBI, India Bulls Housing Finance, HDFC, ICICI Bank and LIC Housing Finance are among the participating banks and financial institutions. Sunil Chandra Reddy B, Secretary General, R Chalapati Rao, Executive Vice President and other office-bearers of TREDA, took part in the inaugural session.
