Maker Faire inaugurated in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Maker Faire an event for the makers community, organised by T-Works, ahardware prototyping centre was inaugurated in the city on Friday. The three-day event is organised in partnership with Bengaluru-based Workbench Projects and in support from GE First Build.
Speaking on the inaugural, Jayesh Ranjan, the Principal Secretary for IT and Industries said that events like Maker Faire help students to connect them back to their natural talent. “We need to inculcate habit of curiosity in our children. Kids naturally are very inquisitive. They break open things and explore. But the same spirit dies once they are put in school,” he added.
