Nagarjuna, RGV cop story slowed down?
Even though, easoned star Nagarjuna and maverick director RGV’s untitled cop story took-off in style and the shooting went on uninterrupted for a month or two, but now, it has reportedly slowed down, according to a source.
Actually, Nag has given a free hand to RGV to make a realistic and hard-hitting cop story and the latter shot leisurely like ‘one scene a day’ for a few weeks and it was shaping up very well. “RGV has taken a break and concentrating on making and promoting his sensational docu-drama ‘God, Sex and Truth,” said an industry source.
Actress Myra Sareen plays the female lead in this cop story and ace composer M M Keeravani is scoring music. Probably, Nagarjuna asked RGV to halt the shooting for some time, since RGV is good at doing one thing at a time.
“RGV will return to complete Nagarjuna’s film soon, but now his focus is only on his bold film with Mia Malkova,” adds the source. It is better that RGV has taken a break of sorts, rather than rushing with Nag’s film.
“The teaming of Nag and RGV has triggered lot of hype from the day it was announced. As the actor-director duo are teaming up after a long hiatus. And also their earlier blockbuster ‘Shiva’ is still fresh in the minds of Telugu viewers. No doubt, Nag has done the right thing.
