Vidya Balan As Basavatharakamma?

Nandamuri Balakrishna is currently waiting to begin his next film which is the biopic based on the life of senior NTR. The film is titled as NTR. Teja is the director of the film and the film's launch is going to happen in Hyderabad very soon. Meanwhile, there are rumours that Nitya Menon was approached to play the role of NTR's wife in the film but we now have the latest development on the project.

The latest reports reveal that Bollywood heroine Vidya Balan has been approached to play NTR's wife Basavatarakkama in the movie. It looks like the Bollywood actress liked the project and agreed to be a part of the movie. As of now, there is no confirmation on the same and we are waiting for the final update.

The film is jointly produced by Vishnu Induri, Balakrishna and Sai Korrapati.
