Will Rangasthalam beat Chiru's Khaidi No 150 record?
Mega Powerstar Ram Charan’s Rangasthalam is hitting the screens today but the movie is already eyeing to beat box office records. Ram Charan has already surpassed his father Chiranjeevi’s Khaidi No 150 record with his latest flick with the pre-release business.

Rangasthalam has garnered Rs 112 crore from the sale of music, theatrical and satellite rights beating the record of Khaidi No 150’s business of Rs 55 crore.
Written and directed by Sukumar, the movie has generated a lot of buzz among the cinegoers, be it the posters, teasers, music or the trailer.
The movie has reportedly fetched Rs 12 crore for dubbing rights, Rs 20 crore for TV rights and Rs 80 crore for global distribution rights.
Featuring Samantha in the lead role, Rangasthalam is releasing in around 2,000 theatres across the globe and the movie has already set the ticket counters ringing with the advance bookings.
Now, it will be interesting to watch whether Ram Charan can surpass the lifetime earnings of Chiranjeevi’s movie which earned Rs 164 crore worldwide at the box office.
