Which director touched heroine's feet?

Did a famous director touch the feet of a heroine for attempting to sexually harass her?  Is Sri Reddy episode not the first one in Tollywood?

These questions are arising from the inadvertent admission by MAA president Sivaji Raja on Monday. While explaining that MAA would not give membership to Sri Reddy, he revealed that in the past, a heroine had lodged a complaint and MAA made the director apologise publicly to her.

 Inadvertently though he revealed that there are incidents of casting couch and sexual harassment in Tollywood and that MAA mediates to solve them. Now the people are asking who the director is and who the heroine is. We know MAA will never reveal this.
