RGV is a broker, duffer and pervert, says Allu Aravind

Film producer Allu Aravind lashed out at maverick Director Ram Gopal Varma for claiming that the latter instigated Sri Reddy to use filthy language against leading star Pawan Kalyan only to divert attention from the Daggupati family. Speaking to the media in Hyderabad  on Thursday, Aravind, in a scathing attack, wondered what his problem was with Pawan and why he wanted to tarnish his image so badly.

Describing RGV as a broker, duffer, perverted and an unscrupulous fellow, Aravind said RGV was not ‘Krishnudu but Nikrushudu,’ who was out to damage the reputation of the entire Telugu film industry which made him what he was today.  It was the worst form of treachery, he added.

It may be recalled that in an interview, Varma described Sri Reddy as Draupadi and himself as Lord Krishna.  He asked RGV to explain how and why he tried to broker a deal for Rs 5 crore with Sri Reddy and from where the money came from.  He advised Varma to desist from indulging in blackmail and mud-slinging.

Aravind said that he kept quiet all these days but after Varma publicly admitted that he was behind Sri Reddy’s outbursts, he could no longer remain silent. He said that the Telugu film industry would constitute a redressal committee to look into the allegations of women workers and would take steps to ensure that justice was done to them.
