Teja walks out of NTR biopic
Cinematographer-turned-director Teja has reportedly backed out of recently-launched film ‘NTR’ biopic starring Nandamuri Balakrishna in the title role, due to creative differences with production team.
The much-awaited film was supposed to push Teja into the big league, but he didn’t mind walking out of the big ticket project. “We are not sure about Teja’s decision, because it is a big one, so we have to wait and see,” cuts short a source close to the production house.
Actually, Teja claimed that he was “lucky to make a film on the life of iconic actor and political leader NTR” at the muhurat of the film a few weeks ago, but what happened inbetween, remains a mystery. In fact, Balakrishna who is also the producer of the film had a slew of meetings with Teja and they aven locked the script.
Tej also participated in music sittings with ace composer Keeravani and had discussions with ace cinematogapher Santhosh Thundiyil. Subsequently, he wasn’t going to the Balakrishna’s office giving rise to speculations. “As I felt I can’t do justice to the story of legendary actor I am walking out,” said Teja to the media.
