Actress dies in road accident

In a shocking incident, popular Bhojpuri actress Manisha Rai (45) died in a road accident near Chittauni village on Maniyar road in Ballia district. She was going for a shoot along with co-star Sanjiv Mishra to a shooting spot. 

As she was reaching the shooting spot, an on-coming car smashed into them, killing her on the spot. The car driver abandoned the vehicle and ran away. On coming to know about the accident, the police rushed to the spot and began investigations.
