Morgan Freeman apologizes after being accused of sexual harassment
Hollywood actor, Morgan Freeman has been accused of inappropriate behaviour by several women and one reporter.
In response to the accusations, Morgan Freeman has issued an apology stating that anyone who had worked with him before would know that he would not intentionally make people uncomfortable with his behaviour.
So far, a total of 16 women have accused him of inappropriate behaviour, among which, 8 are actresses. One of them also reported that Freeman kept trying to lift up her skirt and asked her whether she was wearing any underwear.
Four people who have worked with him in the past have stated that he often behaved inappropriately, and that it caused lack of comfort to the women around him. One of the staff who worked on the sets of ‘Now You See Me 2’ has stated that he had sexually harassed her, as well as her assistant.
The writer of ‘Madame Secretary’ has stated that he was seen misbehaving at a party and that there were sexual undertones to his actions, certainly.
