‘Geetha Govindam’ getting ready

Vijay Deverakonda, who attained immense stardom and fans frenzy with the sensational success of ‘Arjun Reddy’ and Rashmika Mandanna, who made a grand entry into Tollywood with ‘Chalo’ are teaming up for a film titled ‘Geetha Govindam’ directed by Parashuram (Bujji) whose last movie ‘Srirastu Subhamastu’ was a runaway hit.

The young talented producer Bunny Vass is producing the film while ace producer Allu Aravind is presenting it. Gopi Sunder is scoring the music. The film is in post-production stages and it is slated for release soon. Meanwhile, ‘Geetha Govindam’s first look has been released in Hyderabad on Saturday. Speaking on the occasion, the film’s presenter Allu Aravind, said, “Vijay Deverakonda earned stardom with his acting skills in ‘Pelli Choopulu’ and ‘Arjun Reddy’ and ‘Geetha Govindam’ will be another good film in his career. 

Parashuram penned a wonderful family subject. While heroine Rashmika did a good job as a girl next-door. Gopi Sunder has  given a fascinating music”. Director Parashuram said, “The film ‘Srirastu Subhamastu’ was my first film under the Geetha Arts banner which was well received by the audience. Now, I’m doing a romantic family entertainer ‘Geetha Govindam’ under the same banner. With Allu Aravind’s blessings and Bunny Vass’s support, the film has come out really well. The lead pair Vijay and Rashmika did a splendid job, he added. 

Producer Bunny Vass said that he was happy for being associated with Allu Aravind, the presenter of the film. He said that Parasuram was an expert in dealing films with good family emotions and perfectly handled the romantic and comedy scenes between the lead pair and added that Gopi Sunder’s music was the biggest asset. We would soon announce the release date of the film, he added.
