Pooja Hegde back in B-town

Even though her latest release ‘Saakshyam’ tanked at the box office and after drawing  enough flak for her nondescript role in it, the actress has no plans to gravitate to the Hindi film industry. “Pooja Hegde is doing a Hindi film ‘Houseful 4’ since she liked the fun-centric role, but she has no plans to move to the B-town” says a source, close to the actress. 

“She is enjoying the role which exploits her flair for comedy and is having a good time working with Ajay Devgn, Bobby Deol and others,” adds the source. Is she bidding adieu to T-town? “She is now in the top-league in just a short time, so why would she move back to B-town” he retorts. Elaborating further, he adds “She is making waves in the Telugu film industry with films opposite biggies like Mahesh Babu, Jr NTR and Prabhas and her dates diary is packed upto 2019,” he points out. 

After a not-so-happening career in Bollywood with a dud like ‘Mohenjodaro’, the actress arrived in T-town with a bang with ‘DJ’  opposite hotshot Allu Arjun and proved that she is here to stay, the source concludes. Armed with gorgeous looks and talent, the diva will give T-town heroines a run for their money and B-town can wait for some more time.
