Sailaja Reddy Alludu Beats Geetha Govindam!

Naga Chaitanya starrer Sailaja Reddy worked as magic for the young hero at the box office. To date, Chay did not get grand openings for his movies but Sailaja Reddy Alludu that released on a festival day changed everything. The movie has taken a good opening in the Telugu States with a distributor share close to 5.50 Crores. In spite of the bad reviews, the movie managed to mint decent revenues at the ticket windows.

Sailaja Reddy Alludu is Naga Chaitanya's career-best opening and the film also became 6th highest opener at Tollywood box office this year by beating Geetha Govindam which had collected a share of 5.44 Cr. Sailaja Reddy was released in 220 Screens and it has become an advantage for the makers to expect maximum revenues.
