Sai Pallavi refuses Harris Shankar movie?

Teen sensation Sai Pallavi seems to be eyeing meaty roles, big stars and banners before signing on the dotted line these days.  The ‘Fidaa’ actress has reportedly refused director Harris Shankar’s  upcoming untitled multi-starrer movie since she wasn’t impressed with the poorly-defined role. 

“After listening to the script, Sai Pallavi couldn’t connect to the role and so, she declined the offer from Harris Shankar,” says an industry source and adds “Apart from a meaty role, she makes enquiries about the star whom she is going to act with as she wants to share screen space with popular stars and not newcomers. Also, she wants to know about the banner which is bankrolling the project. After weighing all the options, she is signing a Telugu film,” adds the source. 

No prizes for guessing, as the demanding actress has just one Telugu film ‘Padi Padi Leche Manasu’ with hotshot Sharwanand on hand and hasn’t taken up any new offers. “It is difficult to impress Sai Pallavi and directors are looking for alternative options,” the source concludes.   No doubt, Keerthy Suresh, Nivedha Thomas and Anupama Parameswaran are doing more Telugu films. 

Although, her dreams to make it big in Tamil film industry crashed as her debut film ‘Karu’ tanked at the box-office, the ‘MCA’ actress has no plans to change her attitude.
