Jr Bellamkonda packs a punch

For the first time in his career, Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas is essaying the role of a police officer in the film ‘Kavacham’ and the teaser, which was released on Monday, surely packs a punch. His punchlines highlight the honesty and valour of the police department. This is a thriller and Jr Bellamkonda is attempting this genre for the first time which is being directed by a newcomer, Sreenivas Mamilla.  Kajal Aggarwal and Mehreen are playing the female leads. Bollywood actor Neil Nitin Mukesh and Harshavardhan Rane will be seen in important roles. 

The shooting of cop story has been wrapped up while the songs are yet to be completed.  While SS Thaman has given the background score, Chota K Naidu has cranked the camera.  Naveen Sontineni (Nani) is producing ‘Kavacham’ under the banner of Vamsadhara Creations, their first production. Posani Krishna Murali, Satyam Rajesh and Apoorva will be seen in important roles. The film is slated to release in December.
