 Sarkar starring Ilaya Thalapathy Vijay has started a storm at the box office which has not ended yet. The movie is said to be a political drama that released for Diwali. AR Murgadoss directed it and in spite of many controversies, the movie did well at the box office. The film is performing well in the Telugu states and the Overseas. The latest update is that the movie crossed 16 crores in Gulf countries.
