Ending the long wait, Rajinikanth and Shankar's magnum opus '2.O' which is the sequel to 'Robo' finally hit the screens on November 29th in Telugu, Hindi and Tamil languages in 2D and 3D versions.

The movie opened with a great opening day and has been making record-breaking collections at the box office. However, with the mixed response, the collections came crashing down from the second as well. Though the theatre occupancy is average, the collections are not satisfactory. The collections of '2.O' are going well in the Hindi. The Hindi version of the movie is much-likely to reach the break-even very soon with a good recovery percentage. The Telugu version failed to rake big numbers. The film is going forward to become a disaster in Telugu.

The film also going to face the same fate in Tamil as well. The Tamil version of the film is going to end up as a biggest disaster at the box office leaving the distributors in huge losses. So, the film became a hit in Hindi but a huge disaster in South India.
