Films are a new chapter in my life and I want to give it my all says , Mouni Roy

Actress Mouni Roy says she is a proud TV actor but films are a new chapter in her life and she wishes to give it her all.

Mouni interacted with media on the set of 'KGF' upcoming song, 'Gali Gali Mein Phirta HaiAbhishek The song is a remake of the original from 1989 release, 'Tridev'

Since Mouni's debut in Bollywood, she has managed to bag roles back to back including films like R.A.W, 'Brahmastra, and more. When asked how the change from TV industry feels, she said, "I love to work, to dance, to act and I think work is work. I am a very proud TV actor. somethingTV has given me everything that I have today. So I am really excited about films because it is a new chapter of my life and I want to give it my all."

Mouni will be seen in a song alongside Kannada actor Yash for his new fantasy film 'KGF'.

Talking about shooting for the song on Saturday,  Mouni  said, "It is a situational song, we are creating 'Gali Gali Mein Phirta Hai' which happens to be one of my favorite songs. Ganesh masterji is choreographing it. It couldn't be better than this for me.  So I am hoping, praying and keeping my fingers crossed that it does really well. "

The actress also praised KGF and wished the team for the film's success, "I have seen both the trailers and I loved them a lot. It looks larger than life and at the same time, the story has a certain mystery to it. Which people will understand when they go to the theater to watch the movie. It looks brilliant and I wish the entire team all the very best."

Yash who was also present at the set for interaction talked about the film, he said, "The film has come out well. It's all about gold mining. It is a fictional story, it's not just about action but it also had sentiments. It is a very unique story, that's all I can say right now."

'KGF' starring Kannada actor Yash explores the India, USA and Russia conflict that took place in the  70's  and almost resulted in the 3rd world war. The story emphasizes  on  the rise of Gold prices at that time around the world and India  being  a major destination that possessed a significant amount of Gold due to the  Koler  Gold Fields in Karnataka.
