Would Love To Do Parinda Remake Says Tiger Shroff
Tiger Shroff says though it is difficult for him to match up to his father Jackie Shroff, but he would love to do Parinda remake on the sidelines of a launch event here in Mumbai.
Tiger Shroff was interacting with media on the sidelines of Ganesh Acharya’s dance academy launch here in Mumbai.
Bollywood is flooded with remakes, so when asked which one of his father’s (Jackie Shroff) movie he would love to do, Tiger said, “I would love to do Parinda, because that was one of my favorite films of my father and one of his best roles. Having said that, I probably won’t do it because I cannot match up to my father, but if that film is being remade I would love to watch it”
Parinda was produced and directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra. The film starred Nana Patekar, Jackie Shroff, Anil Kapoor, and Madhuri Dixit in the lead roles and it is touted as senior shroff’s best career performance.
Ganesh Acharya has choreographed Tiger Shroff in many hit songs and Baaghi star is nothing but grateful to the talented choreographer.
Talking about his association with the dance master, Tiger said, “I feel, all my hit songs, I think they are all from Ganesh master, from Whistle Baja to Ding Dong, all choreographed by Ganesh. I blindly followed him, and I am very thankful and grateful to Ganesh to giving me an identity”
Tiger also added that he would love to recreate Kader Khan starring Baap Numberi Beta Dus Numberi movie song with Ganesh.
He said, “There was this film, Baap Numbri Beta Dus Numbri, it had this Narangi/Mausami song, and master Ganesh was the background dancer, so that is a lovely song and I really liked that song, if someone remade that song, I probably would do it with Ganesh Acharya”
Tiger Shroff is currently busy wrapping back to back projects, such as Student Of The Year 2, Baaghi 3 and Siddharth Anand’s next also starring Hrithik Roshan and Vaani Kapoor.
