BFF On ELLE Cover – Karan Johar and Alia Bhatt

ELLE India is out with the most stunning and vibrant new cover featuring filmmaker Karan Johar and his discovery Alia Bhatt, the director-actor duo is looking awesome on the February cover.

The official handle of ELLE India dropped the cover on social media. It said, “February, Ferrante, Friendship—presenting our cover stars @aliaa08 & @karanjohar who embody modern-day BFFs, for an issue that draws from Neapolitan author, Elena Ferrante’s fantastic & feminist world. A coming-together of old & new, the issue is full of good vibes & lots of love”

Twining in blue shades, Karan Johar is sporting a white shirt and tunic with a blue coat, of course with some glitter. The filmmaker also shared the cover, he wrote, “With my baby girl on my babies birthday!!!! @aliaa08 @ELLEINDIA”

Alia Bhatt is seen in draped in a dress which as blue tones with multi-color design on it.
The filmmaker Karan Johar launched Alia Bhatt in Student Of The Year and now the duo is collaborating for Kalank and Takht.

Takht, a period drama based in the Mughal era, which will feature an ensemble star cast including Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, Janhvi Kapoor and Anil Kapoor.

With a screenplay by Sumit Roy and dialogues by Hussain Haidry, this will be the first film directed by Johar that he has not written himself.
