Mahesh Babu's heroine slams Tollywood

 Actress Amrita Rao made her debut in Bollywood with the successful film Ishq Vishk and later acted in hit films like Main Hoon Naa and Vivaah. But she couldn't succeed in making a long way into Bollywood. After a long gap, recently she made a comeback with the film Thackeray.

But even that film didn't give her the much-needed hit. Meanwhile, Amrita also acted in a Telugu film called Athidi, where she acted alongside Mahesh Babu. After that, she didn't act in any other Telugu film. When asked about the reason for that in a recent interview, Amrita said she got few offers after Athidi but she didn't accept them as those films portray heroines as just glam dolls.

This is not the first time, a heroine slammed Tollywood after making a career in Bollywood. Many heroines, after making big in Bollywood, lashes out on the work culture in the Telugu film industry. Wonder where their ethics go when they act in Telugu films and make a career out of them.
