Kalyan Ram missed a golden opportunity

Finally, actor Kalyan Ram ended his flop streak by scoring a hit with his latest film 118. Post Pataas , the Nandamuri actor was struggling to score a proper hit and at last, all his hard work got paid off with the success of this film. 118 has reached the break-even figure and is all set to enter profits from tomorrow or day after.

But, trade analysts are saying that the film would have collected more profits if it had released during Republic day weekend. The film was initially planned to get released at that time but was postponed due to delay in post-production works. As most of the Sankranti releases flopped at box office, 118 would have done great business.

Thus, Kalyan Ram has missed a golden opportunity by not releasing the film at that time. ANyways, the makers are happy as they entered into profits now. Meanwhile, Kalyan Ram is currently hearing a lot of scripts and hasn't finalized anything yet.
