One dies in mishap

Mahabubnagar: One person died on the spot and another two were injured severely, in a head on collision between a car and bike at Appampalli village of Marikal mandal on Thursday.

According to an eye-witness, a speeding car rammed into the bike head-on while the bike was trying to cross a junction at Appampally village. The man driving the bike was killed on the spot, while other two were severely injured and were shifted to hospital. 

Marikal police booked a case of negligent driving and shifted the body to government hospital for post mortem.
