Two killed, four injured as car rams tree at Choutuppal
Choutuppal: Two persons died, and four others were injured in a ghastly accident on the outskirts of Koyyalagudem under Choutuppal on Friday evening. The condition of two of the injured is stated to be critical. The deceased were identified Yasa Narsi Reddy (40) and Yasa Janardhan Reddy (43). They were brothers.
According to the police, Narsi Reddy and Janardhan Reddy were own brothers and hailed form Terapaka village under Athmakur (M) mandal in Yadadri district.
The duo came with their family members in a car to Pittampally under Chityal mandal to attend a function. The driver of the vehicles lost control of the car and rammed a tree at Vinayaka temple on the outskirts of Koyalagudem village.
Meanwhile, Nasireddy’s wife Laxmi (35), daughter Sweety (15) and Janardhan Reddy’s wife Vanaja (40), daughter Jhansi(18), who were injured in the accident, were shifted to Hyderabad for better treatment.
Choutuppal police registered a case.
