18-year-old girl ends life after receiving threats by youngster

An 18-year-old girl committed suicide in the Golconda Fort area on Thursday. As per the details, the victim took this extreme step after a youngster threatened her and her mother on the telephone.

It is learned that the youth named Jafar had been in contact with the girl for the past one year. When the girl got a job in a private medical company three weeks back, Jafar kept harassing her for talking to her colleagues in the company.

Frustrated with this, the girl committed suicide.

A case has been registered by the Golconda Police and the investigation is underway.
