Hyderabad: Newborn baby found a dead on roadside at Chaitanyapuri

A newborn baby was found dead on the roadside at Chaitanyapuri today. 

Passersby who noticed the baby wrapped in a cloth alerted the police who rushed the spot and shifted the body to Osmania General Hospital.

The police suspected that the baby's parents might have abandoned him after he was dead.

A case was registered and an investigation is underway.
