Youngster kills one, injures three

​Kangal (Nalgonda): One killed and three suffered injuries in a knife attack by a youth in connection with past disputes. The incident took place on Wednesday evening at Dorepally village of Kangal Mandal in the district. 

The deceased was identified as Laxman. According to sources and the police, two youngsters Praveen and Laxman entered into an argument over an issue a couple of days ago and  Praveen thrashed Laxman in a heated argument.

Victim Laxman brought the issue to the notice of his brother Chandu and explained the whole episode. Chandu expressing his concern and anger, along with his brother Laxman and other two persons Shivaji and Sridhar went to Praveen’s house to teach him a lesson. 

Praveen, who was in fear of attack observed the movements of  Laxman and his brother and attacked them with knife before they could question him.  

 In the incident, Laxman who suffered bleeding injuries died on the spot, where as his brother Chandu is said to be battling for life at Suraksha hospital in Nalgonda. The other two persons Shivaji and Sridhar escaped with minor injuries.

Based on the complaint of victims family members, Kangal police registered a case and started the probe.
