Raidurgam SI in ACB net

Hyderabad: A Sub-Inspector working at Raidurgam police station was caught red-handed by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) while receiving Rs 2,000 from a man involved in a case of road accident.
ACB officials said that Sub-Inspector Sashidhar of Raidurgam police station had been demanding Rs 4,000 as bribe to approve station bail for a cab driver named Varaprasad in a road accident case. Varaprasad had complained the same to ACB sleuths after which they laid trap and arrested the accused SI red-handed on Saturday, while receiving Rs 2,000 at Raidurgam Police Station.
