Ghana woman held for selling cocaine
Hyderabad: The Excise enforcement wing on Thursday arrested a Ghana national woman allegedly while trying to sell cocaine in the city. The officials seized 50 grams cocaine, a mobile, her passport, and other narcotics from her possession. According to Prohibition and Excise department, a 33-year-old woman from Ghana in Africa was arrested for attempting to sell cocaine and other narcotics to customers known to her in the city.
On reliable sources the excise officials raided a hotel and detained the woman, identified as Genevi Aldo. Fifty grams cocaine and other narcotics were seized from her possession. They also said she brought the contraband from Goa and suspected that there is a person from Karnataka behind the peddling. Her passport was also seized and investigation is in progress.
