Four skills key for success in career

Hyderabad: ‘Four Skills- Communication, Technical, People and Negotiation are very essential for managers to succeed in career as well as life, and Management Students need to imbibe these early for moving ahead fast’, Ardee Group Managing Director Dr G V Ramana, who delivered the  inaugural address to B.Tech./ MBA Students at the Management Meet ‘Inspiro 2k19’ at AIET campus.

Dr. Ramana further stated that failures are stepping stones to success and one should not fear failure as it is a learning exercise as well as process to achieve the needed success, which is not final

Principal Commissioner- Central Excise and GST Dr D K Srinivas, who gave the key note address on GST provisions, mentioned that all confusing taxes have been merged into one apart from reducing the cost of the product and having simplified as well as unified systems of periodical returns due to which all the political parties irrespective of their affiliations have unanimously agreed in GST Council 

APSRTC Deputy Chief Mechanical Engineer K Srinivasa Rao, who was Guest of Honour, stressed the need for using common sense in dealing with people as otherwise unnecessary heated arguments and manhandling occurs if matters are dealt with without tact. He gave several practical case studies

Several Management activities were conducted and prizes given away by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited Deputy General Manager (Marketing) Baratam Gopala Krishna Rao, who was the Chief Guest in the Valedictory Function. Gopala Krishna Rao highlighted the need to take into consideration or study Brian Tracy’s Seven ‘Cs’, which are very essential for success in career in life 
AIET Principal Dr S N V Ganesh presided over the meeting in which Prof K V Satya Prakash welcomed the gathering and Dr N Hari Babu proposed  the vote of thanks.
