MITS student selected for research internship
Hyderabad: Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science (MITS) is proud to announce that P Sai Kumar, of B.Tech Final year Mechanical Engineering has been selected for Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, for Research Internship as a Research Assistant for a period of five months from January to May 2019 informed Dr. C. P. Sai Kumar is going to pursue Research on shape memory alloys / composites for enhanced stiffness under the supervision of Prof. Huang Weimin at the School of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering. The NTU-India Connect Research Internship Programme is a university-wide short-term research programme that lasts for two to six months.
It is initiated to enable undergraduate and graduate students from Indian universities and institutes of higher learning to pursue their research interest at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU), he added. Based on the personal interview and good academic track record of the student, he was selected for internship in NTU.
P. Sai Kumar will get SGD 300 Per month and accommodation duration the period of his internship, and travel support from India to Singapore also by a grant will be sanctioned by the NTU.
