Conclave for Directors and Deans of MBA colleges held
Hyderabad: Prof. Jagdish Sheth, US-based Indian Professor of Marketing at Emory University, Goizeuta Business School on Thursday inaugurated city’s first-ever 'Business Schools Deans and Directors Conclave'. Organized by Amjad Ali Khan College of Business Administration at college campus at Banjara Hills in Hyderabad, the conclave saw participants from over 60 MBA colleges across twin cities. Representatives from both minority and non-minority colleges exchanged ideas and intellect on further improving the quality and standards of MBA education across these colleges.
Speaking on the occasion, the organiser and Director of AAKCBA Prof Shehbaaz said "the conclave is an unprecedented effort to advance MBA education by combining exchanged intelligentsia of different institutions." Vice Chairman of Telangana State Council of Higher Education Prof. V Venkataramana also spoke while Acting Chairman Sultan ul Uloom Education Society Mohammed Waliullah presided over the function. The program concluded with a round table discussion on “Future of Management Education at B Schools” followed by a business lunch.
