Hyderabad: More than 100 developers are expected to showcase their real estate projects at the ninth edition of Property Show by Telangana Real Estate Developers Association (TREDA), which is scheduled to kick off on November 2 at Hitex in the city. The three-day realty exhibition will conclude on November 4.

They display their offerings and services at the three-day carnival”.
According to him, the property show will offer a wide range of properties that suit the budget of every buyer. “Over the years, we have been making committed efforts to develop this annual platform that brings both buyers and sellers under one roof and explore buying and selling options of a wide range of properties,” he explained. Rao further said real estate sector in Hyderabad which went through sluggish phase till 2016 was back on growth track, clocking 15-16 per cent growth this year.
Sunil Chandra Reddy, Secretary-General, TREDA, said that property prices in Hyderabad were cheaper than those in smaller cities such as Coimbatore and Mangaluru. “That’s reason why the city has become an attractive destination for property buyers. This trend will continue in future,” Reddy said.
