Domestic cos occupy 1.2 mn sft flexible space in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: In the 15 million sftflexible space occupied in India,Hyderabad has 1.2 million sft of flexible space whereinover 80 per cent of the space is operated by domestic players and the rest by international. 

By 2020, it is anticipated that operators would look towards Hyderabad to open their centres by leasing in flexible spaces in the city, according to a property consultant.

“Originating as a shared service for start-ups, flexible spaces are now being utilised by established corporates as well to make their portfolios more agile amid a dynamic business environment,” Anshuman Magazine, Chairman, India and South-East Asia, CBRE, said in a report.
