IPE to conduct ‘Sanskriti’ on Jan 27
IPE is adopting innovative pedagogical tools in classroom teaching with the help of digital support systems
Hyderabad: Admissions into courses of PGDM, PGDM-BIF, PGDM-RM, PGDM-IB PGDM-HR, and Ex-PGDM for academic year 2018, run by the Institute of Public Enterprises (IPE) are under progress, said Prof R K Mishra, Director. Addressing a press conference at the press club in Somajiguda on Tuesday, he said.
The first round of group discussions and personal interviews for PGDM programmes are going to start from February 2, said the professor. The last date for submitting applications for the first phase of admissions is January 31.
He briefed the unique accomplishments of IPE highlighting the many new grounds it has broken in research, long term education, consulting, publications and networking.
The professor explained that for the IPE is adopting innovative pedagogical tools in classroom teaching with the help of digital support systems. Placements coordinator Dr M Meher Karuna said Placements at IPE are an outcome of its highly proficient academics. Most of the MNCs are looking towards IPE for its talent acquisition.
Students, who dream high, join IPE to acquire the required skills to fulfill their dreams by taking part in various activities of IPE including placements. There is an inspirational track record of placements at the Institute.
V Anji Raju, coordinator, student affairs said Sanskriti’18 a two –day flagship national event to all the B-School students in India is scheduled to be commenced on January 27 at its campus. More than 5000 students across India including, IIMs, IITs and other leading B-schools will participate.
V Rajanna, Vice-President & Global Head - Technology Business, TCS and Chairman of CII Telangana State to inaugurate the fest. Mohammed Rafatullah, CEO, Dukes Products India Ltd. would be the guest of honour. Dr N K Nanda, Director (Technical), NMDC Ltd. would be the chief guest for the valedictory function.
Dr Shulagna Sarkar, conference convener, said the institute is organising the fifth International conference on Corporate Social Responsibility on February 1 and 2.
The event is organised under the aegis of NLCIL chair on CSR. The meet aims to discuss CSR issues and challenges and also unveils the impact of the Sec 135 of Companies Act, 2013.
