Pedda Sri Lakshmi Sravya wins Master Orator Championship
Hyderabad: The third season of Master Orator Championship (MOC) concluded on a grand note amidst applauses of about 250 -strong and enthusiastic audience at Indian Business School here on Sunday. The ten finalists gave a tough time for the judges as they were almost equally good in their own style of delivering speeches.
Pedda Sri Lakshmi Sravya of Kakinada Institute of Engineering and Technology for Women bagged the winner’s trophy, while Talveen Kaur of Institute of Public Enterprises, Hyderabad, and Mohammed Furqan of G Pullaiah College of Engineering and Technology, Kurnool, were the first and second runner-up respectively.
CK Kumaravel, CEO, Natural Spa and Salon Group, who was the chief guest, advised everyone to try something new instead of following the path of the masses. Aditya Maheswaran, first runner-up at the World Championship of Public Speaking of Toastmasters International 2016, was the guest of honour. He termed Toastmasters as the medium for anyone who wishes to become a better person.
